Roasted garlic gives it a spectacular flavour to the sauce, so if you’re going to roast vegetables takes advantage of it and includes a whole clove of garlic. If not, heat a frying pan with a little oil and add the pieces of your garlic clove until it is cooked.
To make this delicious and easy sauce we just have to add all the ingredients to your mixer or kitchen robot and grind. Le it cool
Wash zucchini and cherry tomatoes well. Cut off the ends of the zucchini and help you with a spiralizer to turn your zucchini into zoodles. If you don´t have it you can use a mandolin and make very thin strips
Heat a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat, then add the tomatoes for about 5 minutes, then add the zucchini, add a little more oil, salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook 5 minutes, try not to cook them too long for them to be “al dente”.
Pour the zoodles on your plate and add your Alfredo sauce!
