It\u2019s got it all: easy to make, nutritious, super tasty and honestly\u2026 it looks gorgeous! Perfect when I want something healthy without spending hours in the kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We make it all the time at home because everyone loves it, and it\u2019s lactose-free \u2013 which is perfect for \u00c1lex and me. The best part? The Ecomil Thai sauce gives it that&nbsp;<em>wow<\/em>&nbsp;factor without needing a million ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients (for 1 full bowl)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 60 g of rice (use your fave: brown, jasmine, basmati\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 \u00bd sweet potato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 \u00bd avocado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 A few slices of baby cucumber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 \u00bd block of firm tofu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Tamari sauce for marinating the tofu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Seed mix (I use flax, sesame and pumpkin seeds)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 A generous drizzle of Ecomil Thai sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to make it (easier than you think)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slice the sweet potato into thin chips and air fry until golden and crispy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crumble the tofu by hand, marinate it with a splash of tamari, and air fry at 185\u202f\u00b0C for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, cook the rice as you normally do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slice the avocado and cucumber, and prep everything to build your bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And now the best part!
