Delicious waffles from @edeand ! With these quantities you can make enough for 2 people and accompany them with the toppings of your choice. Remember! If you don’t have a waffle maker… you can make pancakes or muffins! But don’t miss out on making them

1 medium banana
100 ml. Ecomil coco nature drink
80 g. unsweetened maple syrup
45 g. peanut butter
120 g. oat flour
5 g. baking powder
15 g. vegan protein vanilla flavor (if not using add 15 g. oat flour)
Teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Vegan chocolate chips

Blend all the wet ingredients on one side and integrate later with the dry ones.
Mix until smooth and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat the waffle maker or pan, brushing with coconut oil so they don’t stick every time you make 1 until the mixture is finished.
Serve with fruit, nuts and enjoy
