Vegan Panna Cotta with almond cream Ecomil

Ingredients for 4 serves : 

  • 250 ml of  Ecomil Cuisine almond Bio 
  • 150 ml of tepid water
  • 4 spoonful of sugar
  • 2 spoonful of almond puree
  • 1 spoonful of corn starch
  •  1 teaspoon of agar-agar


  1. In a small saucepan, whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking well to help the gelatin dissolve. Be careful NOT to boil this mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into 4 small dishes and let cool it a moment.
  4. Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours before serving.

This is ready ! You can serve theses delicious Panna Cotta with some dried fruit or a red berry coulis.
