Vegan Panna Cotta with Ecomil almond cream
Ingredients for 4 serves :
- 250 ml of Ecomil Cuisine almond Bio
- 150 ml of tepid water
- 4 spoonful of sugar
- 2 spoonful of almond puree
- 1 spoonful of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of agar-agar
recipe:
- In a small saucepan, whisk all ingredients together.
- Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking well to help the gelatin dissolve. Be careful NOT to boil this mixture.
- Pour the mixture into 4 small dishes and let cool it a moment.
- Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours before serving.
This is ready ! You can serve theses delicious Panna Cotta with some dried fruit or a red berry coulis.
