Vegan Mushroom Nuggets

-200g Mushrooms

-100 ml Ecomil Cuisine Bechamel

– 3 oat and rye crackers

– Olive oil

– Pepper, garlic and onion in powder

– Nutmeg



  1. Cut mushrooms and cook it in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Add the Ecomil cooking cream Cuisine Bechamel and the spices. Mix well and cook until obtain a creamy sauce
  3. Put the preparation in the fridge during at least 2 hours
  4. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Crumble crackers. Form dumpling with the mushrooms preparation. Then dip it in the crackers.
  5. Pu it the oven at 180°C for 10 mn until it begin to brown.
