Vegan Mushroom Nuggets
Ingredients
-200g Mushrooms
-100 ml Ecomil Cuisine Bechamel
– 3 oat and rye crackers
– Olive oil
– Pepper, garlic and onion in powder
– Nutmeg
Preparation
- Cut mushrooms and cook it in a pan with olive oil.
- Add the Ecomil cooking cream Cuisine Bechamel and the spices. Mix well and cook until obtain a creamy sauce
- Put the preparation in the fridge during at least 2 hours
- Preheat the oven at 180°C. Crumble crackers. Form dumpling with the mushrooms preparation. Then dip it in the crackers.
- Pu it the oven at 180°C for 10 mn until it begin to brown.
