Vegan Far with prunes


Ingredients for 6 people :

Preparation :

  1. In a salad bowl mix: the flour, the cornflour, the agave syrup powder and make a well in the center.
  2. Add the almond milk little by little while mixing
  3. Spread the prunes in a dish and then cover with the dough.
  4. Cook it 40 minutes in the oven (preheated) (thermostat 6, 180 degrees)
  5. In order not to burn the top of the cake you can cover it with cooking paper or aluminium foil.
  6. Once cooked, let the cake cool down before eating.
