Vegan Far with prunes
Ingredients for 6 people :
- –600 ml of EcoMil Almond milk agave vanilla Bio 1L
- 125 grammes of flour
- 50 grammes of cornflour
- 25 grammes of agave syrup powder (Naturgreen)
- 150 grammes of pruneaux

Preparation :
- –In a salad bowl mix: the flour, the cornflour, the agave syrup powder and make a well in the center.
- Add the almond milk little by little while mixing
- Spread the prunes in a dish and then cover with the dough.
- Cook it 40 minutes in the oven (preheated) (thermostat 6, 180 degrees)
- In order not to burn the top of the cake you can cover it with cooking paper or aluminium foil.
- Once cooked, let the cake cool down before eating.
