Vegan Cocoa Cream
Ingredients for a jar:
20′ of preparation
– 200g of pitted dates
– 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– 450ml of Ecomil Almond Milk Chia
– One tablespoon of praline
Recipe
In a frying pan, heat the milk with the dates over medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir from time to time
Then add the cocoa and coconut oil and heat for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes.
Then mix everything in a food processor adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
Put in a jar in a cool place. Can be kept for one week
