Vegan chocolate chips muffins


To prepare 20 muffins:

  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 250 ml of Ecomil sugar-free almond milk 
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 80 ml of sunflower oil
  • 1 teapoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 g black chocolate chips

Recipe : 

  1. Heat the oven at 360°F.
  2. Mix the flour, the baking powder, bicarbonate, salt and sugar in a bowl
  3. Add the other ingredients whisking
  4. Pour the batter into muffin cups
  5. Bake for approximately 20mn.
  6. Allow to cool down on a grate.
