VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE COOKIES 🍪 🍪
What a madness! Just looking at the photo makes us drool…and you don’t have to be an expert in the kitchen to get them right, they’re so easy that you’re sure they’ll look just like the ones in the photo.
Oh my, the melted chocolate…to swoon over 😵💫
230 gr cooked chickpeas
3 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp oil
½ cup sugar
½ cup Cashew Nature Ecomil vegetable drink
Heat the milk together with the peanut butter, stirring to combine.
Add the oil and stir.
Pour the mixture into the mixer bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Make walnut-sized portions and place them on a baking tray on greaseproof paper.
Roll out the portions into a biscuit shape, place an ounce of chocolate in the middle and add more dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Bake at this temperature until crispy on the outside (approx. 30 minutes).
