Mix in a bowl all the ingredients to prepare the cake: the flour, two cartons of Ecomil Cuisine amande, the sachet of yeast, sugar and extra virgin olive oil.
Whisk all the ingredients for 5minuts until obtaining a smooth paste without lumps
Butter the pan with sunflower oil (your cake won’t stick while being cooked with the use of flour and sunflower oil). To spread the oil efficiently and in a uniform way, you can also use a baking sheet. Then sprinkle the pan with a tablespoon of flour
Pour the mixture into the pan then put in the oven after pre-heating. Let cook for 40minuts at 180º.
