Vanilla Pudding
Ingredients:
For the pudding:
200 ml of EcoMil Cuisine Coconut cooking cream
4 tbsp of flour
4 tbsp of brown sugar/ or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
For the toppings:
4-5 tbsp of strawberry jam
10 caramelized hazelnuts
Some chocolate shavings
Instructions:
In a saucepan – add all of the pudding ingredients and start cooking on a low heat
Using a whisk – don’t stop mixing until it becomes thick – it should take about 3-4 minutes
Take off the heat and start assembling the pudding cups
Start with the strawberry jam and then top with the Ecomil Cuisine Coco cooking cream
Let the puddings set in the fridge – about 30 minutes and then add the hazelnuts and chocolate on top
