Tupinambo cream
✨ Angèle de @laguinguettedangele has prepared this special tupinambo cream, it is a tuber with artichoke flavor, it is also namde sunchoke. As a final touch, Angèle recommends adding fleur de sel, a teaspoon of vanilla powder, cinnamon and cardamom. Enjoy! ?
Ingredients for 4 people:
– 500g of tupinambo
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– 1 teaspoon of fleur de sel
– 200 ml Ecomil Almond Cooking Cream
Preparation:
Peel the tupinambo place them in a bowl filled with water and half pressed lemon (this prevents them from turning black).
Boil 2L of water, cook your tupinambo for 10 to 15 minutes (until they are cooked through).
Mix the Jerusalem artichokes still warm with the tablespoon of coconut oil and the cooking almond cream.
Add the fleur de sel according to your taste.
Optionally, a teaspoon of vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom powder.
