Spicy Pad Thai Express


Ingredients for one person:

25′ of preparation

– 120g noodles

For the sauce:

– A red pepper

– A slice of green cabbage

– Half an onion

– 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

– 2 cloves of garlic

– 250ml of Cuisine Ecomil Thai

To serve:

– A handful of cashews in Chile


Cut the onion and garlic into strips, as well as the pepper and kale. In a frying pan heat the coconut oil and fry the pepper, kale, garlic and onion for about 15 minutes.

Then add the Cuisine Ecomil Thai and cook at medium heat.

Prepare the noodles as indicated in the package, then once cooked, drain and add them to the pan.

Stir well and serve in a soup plate with the cashews on top!
