Seitan with almond creamy sauce and mushroom
Ingredients
- 250 g of seitan cutted into pieces
- ½ onion
- ½ cup white wine
- 150g mushrooms
- 1 soup spoon of mustard
- 250 ml de Ecomil cuisine Almond Bio
- sel , poivre

Recipe for 2 serves
- Cut the onion in thin slices and fry it with sugar and some oil until caramelized.
