Seitan fillet with Ecomil coconut cuisine Bio

Seitan fillets

For 2 people

Preparation :

  1. Wash and grate the carrots and zucchini.
  2. Spread them in a dish.
  3. Pour some virgin coconut oil on top of the vegetables, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover the vegetables with seitan fillets, salt and pepper again and add the ginger.
  5. Pour some lime juice and the Ecomil cuisine coconut  Bio 200 ml on the seitan fillets 
  6. Cook in the hoven during 15mn 20 mn at 180 degrees.
