Savoury Cake with Courgette and Curry
INGREDIENTS
- 160g plain flour
- 25g cornstarch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 120 ml Ecomil Cuisine India
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 courgette, shredded
- A few raisins
- Curry, coriander, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a recipient, combine the cooking cream, olive oil and shredded courgette.
- In another recipient, combine the flour, cornstarch, pepper, baking powder, spices and raisins. Then, add to it the mixing made just before and mix well.
- In a cake pan, pour the batter and put into the oven for 30 minutes to 180°C.
- From 20-25 minutes of baking, cover the cake with foil and let it finish cooking. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool down.
