Salted muffins with mushrooms and herbs

For 2 muffins:


– 60 gr buckwheat flour

– 30 gr potato starch

– 1 pinch of salt

– 1/2 sachet of baking powder

– 6 c.a.s Ecomil Cuisine Shiitake

– 1 tbsp of herbs

– 1 tbsp garlic powder

– 2 handfuls of button mushrooms


  1. In a bowl, pour the flour with the starch, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
  2. Then add the Shiitake cream, garlic powder and herbs.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Mix them with the mixture, keeping a few to put on top of the muffins.
  4. Oil two mussels and place the remaining mushrooms with a few flakes of rice on top to bring crunchiness to the top.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
