Rice noodles with thai sauce
For 1 person:
– 80 gr rice noodles
– 1/2 mango
– 1 carrot
– 3 bouquets of broccoli
– 3 tbsp Ecomil Cuisine Thai
– Black sesame seeds
- Steam the carrot and broccoli for 10 minutes. Vegetables must remain crisp.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions in the package. Once everything is cooked, mix it all together.
- Cut the mango into small cubes. Add them to the preparation.
- Then add the Ecomil thai and mix it all together so that all the flavours are well mixed.
- Add black sesame seeds in topping.
