Rice noodles with thai sauce

For 1 person:

– 80 gr rice noodles

– 1/2 mango

– 1 carrot

– 3 bouquets of broccoli

– 3 tbsp Ecomil Cuisine Thai

– Black sesame seeds


  1. Steam the carrot and broccoli for 10 minutes. Vegetables must remain crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions in the package. Once everything is cooked, mix it all together.
  3. Cut the mango into small cubes. Add them to the preparation.
  4. Then add the Ecomil thai and mix it all together so that all the flavours are well mixed.
  5. Add black sesame seeds in topping.
