For all lovers of Indian cuisine, here is a tasty and easy-to-prepare recipe. Dahl, or red lentil curry, is one of the most famous dishes of Indian cuisine. And this is not really a surprise. 1.Put a pot on the fire with a few tablespoons of coconut oil. Finely chop the leek and brown over medium heat. When the leek starts to turn transparent, add the chopped garlic, ginger, all the spices, your red lentils and the quinoa. Stir well for a few minutes.
2.Then add the two cups of vegetable broth and let it boil for 15 minutes. Lentils and quinoa should be cooked before the next step.
