Quinoa pudding
Ingredients
- 150g of quinoa grains
- 400 ml de Ecomil Quinoa agave drink Bio
- 100 ml of coconut water
- 2 table spoons of carob powder
- 2 table spoons of grated coconut
- 1 table spoon of chia seed + 1 table spoon of white sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of dried fruits (cranberries, cherries)
- 10 cashew nuts
- 1 table spoon of nut butter (cashew, almond, peanut, coco,etc)
Optional :
– 1 pinch of coco flower sugar
– 1 pinch of salt flower of Guérande
Recipe for two to three serves
- Rinse the quinoa before carefully draining it in a large saucepan.
- In the saucepan add carob, grated coconut, chia seed, dried fruits and cashew nuts
- Verse Ecomil Quinoa agave drink Bio with coconut water. Mix well so that the cooking is uniform.
- Slowly bring to boil then go on the cooking, covered, the time indicated on the box of quinoa grains.
- Sprinkle with grated coconut and salt flower
- Serve hot before the testing!
