Quinoa pudding

Ingredientsquinoa pudding bio fresh ecomil

  • 150g of quinoa grains
  • 400 ml de Ecomil Quinoa agave drink Bio
  • 100 ml of coconut water
  • 2 table spoons of carob powder
  • 2 table spoons of grated coconut
  • 1 table spoon of  chia seed + 1 table spoon of white sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch of dried fruits (cranberries, cherries)
  • 10 cashew nuts
  • 1 table spoon of nut butter (cashew, almond, peanut, coco,etc)

Optional :  

– 1 pinch of coco flower sugar

– 1 pinch of salt flower of Guérande

 

Recipe for two to three serves

  1. Rinse the quinoa before carefully draining it in a large saucepan.
  2. In the saucepan add carob, grated coconut, chia seed, dried fruits and cashew nuts
  3. Verse Ecomil Quinoa agave drink Bio with coconut water. Mix well so that the cooking is uniform.
  4. Slowly bring to boil then go on the cooking, covered, the time indicated on the box of quinoa grains.
  5. Sprinkle with grated coconut and salt flower
  6. Serve hot before the testing!
