Who wants the recipe of these vegan pumpkin, oat and banana pancakes? Recipe from Sarah @humbly_healthy
½ ripe banana
200 ml Ecomil Almond cooking cream
1 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp bicarbonate soda
25 g baked cocoa
50 g pumpkin
1.In a blender, add ½ ripe banana, 1 cup of oats, 200 ml of Ecomil Almond cooking cream, 1 tsp of cinnamon and 25 g of baked cocoa.
2.Add the pumpkin previously cut into small pieces and baked for 30 min at 200ºC
3.Season it with raw cocoa, cinnamon and coconut oil and add it in the blender with the other ingredients and add a tsp of bicarbonate soda
5.In a non-stick pan add 1 tsp of coconut oil
6.Add some of the mixture in the pan, flip it and repeat!
