Pumpkin and cinnamon tartlets 🎁🧡

The best present we can bring you this year? Well, this recipe with our cashew cuisine! Not only are they delicious, but… you’ll be amazed by the smell in your home when you make them – even Santa won’t be able to resist! 🎅🏻🎅🏻

INGREDIENTS

BASE

200g whole wheat flour
50ml EVOO
120ml of warm water
1 tbsp poppy seeds
30g of date paste
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

ELABORATION

⭐Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead until perfectly integrated.

⭐Place the dough on a parchment paper, roll it out with a rolling pin and cut circles. Put it in the molds and prick the base with a fork.

⭐What is left over from the dough, stretch it again and cut cookies to decorate with a Christmas star mold.

⭐Bake 10-12 min with the oven preheated to 180 °.

FILLING

200g boiled pumpkin
120ml of vegetable cream of cashews from @ecomiloficial
20g cornstarch
40g of date paste
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon

ELABORATION

⭐Crush all the ingredients.

⭐Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until it thickens.

TARTLETS

⭐Fill the tartlets, place the cookie star on top, sprinkle coconut powder on top, put them in the fridge for 30min and enjoy!
