Pineapple mango & basil smoothie bowl

Here’s a very healthy recipe of a delicious smoothie bowl with pineapple and mango by @humbly_healthy.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients in your blender
  2. Blend until you get a homogeneous texture
  3. Transfer mixture to a bowl
  4. Add topping: here @humbly_healthy has used pomegranate seeds for Vitamin C, dried black and white mulberries for Iron and pistachios for Antioxidants
  5. As a final touch add almond butter on the side and sprinkle the bowl with spirulina #detox
