Pineapple mango & basil smoothie bowl
Here’s a very healthy recipe of a delicious smoothie bowl with pineapple and mango by @humbly_healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen mango
- 1 tbsp maca
- 3-5 basil leaves
- ¼ cup Ecomil cashew sugar-free drink
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients in your blender
- Blend until you get a homogeneous texture
- Transfer mixture to a bowl
- Add topping: here @humbly_healthy has used pomegranate seeds for Vitamin C, dried black and white mulberries for Iron and pistachios for Antioxidants
- As a final touch add almond butter on the side and sprinkle the bowl with spirulina #detox
