Pasta carbonara (Vegan)


For 4 people

  •  400 g of pasta (eggs free!!!)
  • 200 g of smoked tofu
  • 1 brick of  EcoMil cuisine almond (20 cl)
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of vegan parmesan cheese (or vegan grated cheese)
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper

Preparation :

  1.  In a pan, heat the oil and cook the onions.
  2. Dice the tofu and add it in the pan. Cook it a few minutes.
  3. Add the Ecomil cuisine almond cream, salt and pepper, and cook a few minutes more.
  4. In a boiler, cook the pasta and drain it.
  5. Cover the pasta with the cream, tofu and onion
  6. Add the vegan parmesan cheese.

It is ready!!!
