Pasta carbonara (Vegan)
For 4 people
- 400 g of pasta (eggs free!!!)
- 200 g of smoked tofu
- 1 brick of EcoMil cuisine almond (20 cl)
- 1 onion
- 100 g of vegan parmesan cheese (or vegan grated cheese)
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation :
- In a pan, heat the oil and cook the onions.
- Dice the tofu and add it in the pan. Cook it a few minutes.
- Add the Ecomil cuisine almond cream, salt and pepper, and cook a few minutes more.
- In a boiler, cook the pasta and drain it.
- Cover the pasta with the cream, tofu and onion
- Add the vegan parmesan cheese.
It is ready!!!
