Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
- 90ml Ecomil Almond Vanilla milk sugar-free
- 40g oat flakes
- 70g applesauce
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- ½ banana
- Coconut flakes
- Blueberries
- Hazelnut paste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the Chia seeds with the oat flakes, while stirring add the Almond vanilla milk then the applesauce.
- Pour into a sealed container and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
- The day after, finish the overnight oats by adding the banana, the hazelnut paste, coconut flakes and the blueberries, but you can fill it with any other ingredients!
