It is the perfect dish for these cold days when we need a good hot dish to warm up. It is also a great way to eat vegetables for children, because it is so delicious that they will gobble it up whole.
The best of all is that the preparation of this recipe is very simple, in just 15 minutes you have it ready and you need very few ingredients, surely you have them at home and you do not know how to use them.

Next, we tell you what you need to prepare this dish.
3 garlic cloves
500 gr sliced mushrooms
200 ml Cuisine Almond Nature Ecomil
400 ml broth (or water with a pinch of salt)
pinch ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
extra virgin olive oil
-Chop the onion and sauté it for 5 minutes in a pan with a little olive oil.
-After this time, add the crushed garlic cloves and sauté for 5 more minutes.
-Add the washed mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, until tender.
-We transfer to a saucepan (we can reserve some mushrooms to decorate when serving) and add the almond cream, the broth or water, the pepper and the thyme and cook for 5 minutes.
-We crush until it has a very creamy consistency and serve with a little parsley, pepper and, optionally, the mushrooms that we have reserved.
