1 onion 3 garlic cloves 500 gr sliced mushrooms 200 ml Cuisine Almond Nature Ecomil 400 ml broth (or water with a pinch of salt) pinch ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon thyme extra virgin olive oil
-Chop the onion and sauté it for 5 minutes in a pan with a little olive oil. -After this time, add the crushed garlic cloves and sauté for 5 more minutes. -Add the washed mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, until tender. -We transfer to a saucepan (we can reserve some mushrooms to decorate when serving) and add the almond cream, the broth or water, the pepper and the thyme and cook for 5 minutes. -We crush until it has a very creamy consistency and serve with a little parsley, pepper and, optionally, the mushrooms that we have reserved.
