Mushroom Cake
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 2 onions, ready-to-use paff pastry
- vegetal grated cheese
- béchamel sauce (see our EcoMil Almond Béchamel sauce).
Preparation:
- Chop the onion and fry it with a little bit of salt. When it is fried golden, add the mushrooms and fry it all together.
- Grease a pan with butter, lay out the paff-pastry, put the mixture of onions and mushrooms on it, and finally the béchamel sauce and the vegetal grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at medium temperature until the pastry is crunchy.
