Mushroom Cake

Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion and fry it with a little bit of salt. When it is fried golden, add the mushrooms and fry it all together.
  2. Grease a pan with butter, lay out the paff-pastry, put the mixture of onions and mushrooms on it, and finally the béchamel sauce and the vegetal grated  cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven at medium temperature until the pastry is crunchy.
