Mugcake with Chocolate and Hazelnut
INGREDIENTES
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. Ecomil Instant hazelnut drink in powder no added sugars
- 4 tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar (or your favourite kind of sweetener)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 90ml water
- A pinch of baking powder
- 1 square of chocolate, chopped (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in the mug, then add oil, milk and vanilla and stir to combine.
2. Add chopped chocolate if using and microwave on max watts for 50-60s. It’s best to leave it a bit fudgier rather than overcooking!
PS: as the mug is very big, it makes two smaller servings and, in that case, it needs to be cooked for a shorter period of time.
