Vegan Christmas tree muffins

Ingredients
– 70 gr of oatmeal
– 30 gr ground almonds
– 10 gr of yeast
– 25 g of golden flax seeds
– 200 ml Ecomil cashew drink
– 60 gr of soy “yogurt”
– 1 kiwi
– 1-2 bags of Matcha tea
– Optional: stevia

Steps
- First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C with heat up and down.
Soak the golden flax seeds in the Ecomil cashew drink for about 15 minutes.
- Next, introduce all the ingredients into the blender jar and blend it until you get a homogeneous texture.
- Pass the mixture to the moulds previously greased with a little oil and bake for 10 min at 180° C (baking time can vary following the type of oven).
