Mac and Cashew Cream

For 2 people:

  1. For the carrots:
  • Cut 2/3 carrots into large slices
  • Place in an oven dish with 2 tbsps. coconut syrup, 2 tbsps. balsamic and 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Put in the oven for 20 min at 200C
  1. Cook the pasta of your choice according to the instruction on the package
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing in a bowl
  • 125ml cashew cream Ecomil
  • 1 large tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tbsp malted yeast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp of curry
  1. Once the pasta is cooked, add 50ml of pasta cooking water to your sauce. Then mix the pasta, sauce, carrots with a little bit of oregan
