Mac and Cashew Cream

For 2 people
- For the carrots:
- Cut 2/3 carrots into large slices
- Place in an oven dish with 2 tbsps. coconut syrup, 2 tbsps. balsamic and 1 tbsp olive oil
- Put in the oven for 20 min at 200C
- Cook the pasta of your choice according to the instruction on the package
- Prepare the sauce by mixing in a bowl
- 125ml cashew cream Ecomil
- 1 large tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1.5 tbsp malted yeast
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp of curry
- Once the pasta is cooked, add 50ml of pasta cooking water to your sauce. Then mix the pasta, sauce, carrots with a little bit of oregan
