45 gr rice flour
45 gr corn flour
10 gr cornstarch
30 g wholemeal sugar
10gr of yeast
100gr of Ecomil hazelnut drink
60 g applesauce with no added sugar
30 g hazelnut purée
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Add the wet ingredients and mix again.
Heat a frying pan and grease it.
Once hot, place two tablespoons of dough on top of each other, spreading the dough lightly with the back of the spoon. Cook until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. Turn it over and cook on the back until it no longer sticks. Place it on a plate and repeat the operation until the dough is finished.
Top them off with maple syrup, spreads, oilseed purées, jam,… let your gourmandise speak for itself! Enjoy your meal!
