Hazelnut Brownie

Brownie - Ecomil Instant hazelnut



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the water and the powdered drink to make the hazelnut drink. Then, melt in a bain-marie the dark chocolate with the drink. When melting, add the nut butter and apple sauce, and stir.
  3.  In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and add the rest of the ingredients except the chopped hazelnuts. Stir everything well.
  4. Oil a tin and pour the batter into it and add the chopped hazelnut on the top.  
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let the brownie rest for an hour before eating.
