Smoothie :

  • Ingredients for 2 serves
  • Recipe
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If too thick add more almond milk o coconut milk
  3. Enjoy it !

Salad :

  • Ingredients for 2 serves
  • 1 cucumber
  • ¼ watermelon
  • cheese Feta o vegan cheese
  • Black olives
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Recipe
  1. Cut the watermelon and cucumber in cube
  2. Add cheese feta o vegan cheese and any  black
  3. A dash of olive oil, a Little salt
  4. Lunch is ready !
