Golden milk

Here’s a great recipe in 3 steps to help you boost your organism! A quick and simple golden milk recipe from nutrition coach Marion @marionnutrition .



1.Add a cup of Ecomil coconut milk in a pan and add on the spices

2.Let it heat on low heat (don’t let it boil)

3.Mix with a whisk to get that froth

No sugar needed since the coconut milk and the cinnamon give that illusion of sweetness
