Fruits Ice Cream
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 60 g of EcoMil Almond Instant dissolved in 500 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs (or 200 g of silken tofu)
- 2 egg yorks (or tapioca wheat)
- 200 ml of vegetal cream (to whip)
- 500 ml of fruit juice (strawberry, banana, melon, watermelon, etc.)
Preparation:
- Whip the eggs/tofu with sugar and add milk and fruit juice.
- Heat this mixture without boiling. Let it cool down.
- Then add the whippped cream and put in the fridge, stiring it from time to time.
