Dulce de leche with almond milk
- 1/2 l of Ecomil Almond milk Classic
- 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Recipe for 3 serves:
- Mix the almond milk with the brown sugar in a saucepan.
- Warm it at medium high heat, stirring it from times to times, until it starts to boil.
- Lower the heat a little still stirring and by 10-12 minutes you will already notice a color more pronounced.
- 35 minutes later you will have your dulce de leche. Then you can add drops of vanilla.
- Cooling during 4 hours.
