Dragon fruit overnight oats

Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon Acai berry powder
1 chopped dragon fruit
1 large banana
Method:
– Mix with 1 cup of Ecomil Almond milk, 1 chopped dragon fruit and mash in 1 large ripe banana. If consistency is too thick add in more almond milk or if too runny add more chia seeds.
– Leave overnight and in the morning top the oats with 1 chopped dragon fruit, a spoonful of cashew butter and a selection of nuts. I had Brazil nuts, pecans, almonds and peanuts.
– Enjoy!
