Dairy free frozen yoghurt made by Eva from Wholefood Warrior
This tasty frozen treat is perfect for when you get that ice-cream feeling but don’t want to the follow up guilt.
Using only 3 ingredients, this recipe delivers the same satisfying creamy texture as frozen yoghurt, except it is completely dairy free.
The best part is, it will only take a couple of minutes to make. This is super handy for when the kid are screaming after the ice cream truck or you just fancy a treat that doesn’t need hours of preparation.
For the best results, use a high speed blender, such as the Optimum G2.1 by Froothie UK, just quote Wholefood Warrior for free delivery.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, frozen overnight
- 1 pack (200ml) of Ecomil almond cream
- 5 drops of vanilla essence
Method:
– Peel and chop your bananas and freeze overnight
– The following day, pop all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (2 minutes approximately)
– Serve immediately
For an added nutrient boost, top with raw cacao nibs, nuts or berries
