Creamy noodles peas & kale
Ingredients for two people
10′ of preparation
150g of noodles
For the sauce:
– 200 ml Ecomil Shiitake Cuisine
– A white onion
– 3 cloves of garlic
– One tablespoon of olive oil for cooking
– A slice of cabbage
– 100g cooked peas
– One teaspoon shaved cumin
– To serve: a little hemp seed
In a frying pan heat the olive oil over medium heat and then add the onion cut into strips with the 3 cloves of crushed garlic. Leave to brown for 5 minutes.
Then add the cabbage cut into strips, leave to brown for another 5 minutes and then add all the rest of the ingredients. Let it return to medium heat.
In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions in the package.
Once cooked, drain them and add them to the pan.
Stir everything together and serve hot with the hemp seeds on top.
