Creamy coconut vegan dessert

Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 400 ml of Coconut Cuisine milk Ecomil
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons of dried grated coconut
- 20 g of cornstarch
Preparation:
Dissolve the cornstarch in the coconut milk. Heat the coconut milk in a pot. Add the sugar and the grated coconut. Let cook and mix regularly so it does not stick. When the mixture has thickened (like a custard cream), pour into four ramekins. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
