Coconut milk flan


Ingredients (for 2 people):


Preheat the oven to 180 C

  1. In a pan, heat the EcoMil cuisine coco milk, the coco pulp and the sugar
  2. Add the agar-agar and the agave syrup and bring to boil.
  3. Pour in baking tins or indivual ramkins and let sit in the fridge for at least 2h.
  4. Enjoy the flan nature or with a topping of your choice.
