Chocolate torte with crème anglaise




– 160g of flour

– 100g hazelnut powder

– 40g starch

– 70g of cocoa powder

– 80g coconut sugar

– 2 tsps baking powder

– 1 cup bicarbonate

– 1 pinch of salt

– 330g of grated zucchini

– 150g applesauce no added sugar

– 150ml vegetable milk

– 30g coconut oil

– 1cac of cider vinegar

– Ecomil Cuisine Crème Anglaise




  1. In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients together (grated zucchini, milk, compote, oil and vinegar)
  2. In another bowl, mix the dry elements. Then combine the two and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.

3 Pour into a pan and cook for 50 minutes at 180°.

  1. Let stand before removing from the mould.
  2. Serve with custard and enjoy!
