Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread
INGREDIENTS
- 100g hazelnuts
- 50g agave or mapple syrup or another sweetener
- 100g cocoa powder
- 80g Ecomil Instant Hazelnut drink no added sugars (8g powder + 72 cl water, mixed)
- 1 tbsp extract of vanilla
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes in the oven to 175ºC. When they finish to cool down, place then into a tea towel to form a bundle and make a movement of massage to remove the skin.
- Blend the hazelnuts to obtain first powder and then a paste.
- After obtaining the hazelnut paste, add the other ingredients and blend until getting a homogeneous consistence. You can add more drink for a creamier texture.
