Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- ½ cup of chia seeds
- 2 cups of Ecomil Sugar-free Coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
For the topping:
Fresh fruits – strawberries, blueberries etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Leave it in the fridge, overnight. On the next morning the chia seeds would have expanded, and the mixture should not be liquid.
- Serve in a glass with the fresh fruit and enjoy immediately 🙂
- Top with some fresh fruits of your choice.
