Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding - Ecomil Coconut milk

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

For the topping:

Fresh fruits – strawberries, blueberries etc.


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Leave it in the fridge, overnight. On the next morning the chia seeds would have expanded, and the mixture should not be liquid.
  3. Serve in a glass with the fresh fruit and enjoy immediately 🙂
  4. Top with some fresh fruits of your choice.
