Cherry Bakewell Layered Nicecream

This nicecream recipe has been made by: The messy vegan


  • 4-6 frozen bananas (depending on appetite!)
  • 150-200g frozen cherries
  • Dash of almond extract
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • 200ml sugar free Ecomil almond milk

Optional Toppings:

  • Flaked/ground almonds
  • Strawberries
  • Extra frozen or fresh cherries
  • Cacao nibs



  1. Blend the bananas, almond extract and vanilla extract in a high speed blender along with half of the almond milk, until an “ice cream” consistency is created. You may need to thaw the bananas slightly beforehand.
  2. Transfer half of this ice cream into a serving bowl/jar.
  3. Add the frozen cherries and the rest of the almond milk to the remaining ice cream in the blender, and pulse until smooth.  Transfer into the serving bowl/jar as the second layer.
  4. Complete the Cherry Bakewell layered nicecream by adding any of the optional toppings.
  5.  Enjoy!
