Cauliflower and sweet potato lasagna

“Learn how to prepare this delicious Italian dish in a jiffy.
In the art of lasagna, in addition to choosing the right dough, we can say that the main thing is to have a good béchamel sauce.
This sweet and delicious almond béchamel combined with sweet potato will bring a sweet touch to the recipe.
The best in all this? You can use the ingredients you prefer. Choose your favorite vegetables and place them neatly on the different layers of lasagna.”
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 brick of Ecomil cuisine Béchamel
- ½ sweet potato roasted or raw (we recommend you roast it)
- 8 sheets of lasagna
- Chili powder (optional)
Vegan grated cheese
1.First, preheat the oven to 180º.
2.Before starting to prepare the recipe, you must have roasted the sweet potato (although this is not obligatory, this way you will be sure that the sweet potato will be cooked).
3.Gather all the ingredients. Cut the sweet potato into slices, do the same with the cauliflower and grate the vegan cheese.
4. Grease your tray (suitable for cooking) and spread the different layers of lasagna.
5.Start with a layer of lasagna leaves (raw). Then cover with a layer of Ecomil cuisine Béchamel. Sprinkle a little pepper and add a layer of cauliflower. If you want a spicy lasagna, add a touch of chili powder. Add another layer of lasagna leaves, another of bechamel and now the roasted sweet potato.
6.Then, cover the sweet potato with a last layer of lasagna leaves, bechamel sauce and sprinkle with vegan grated cheese and spices at your convenience.
7.Put into the oven for 45 to 60 minutes, make sure it is cooked and serve hot.
