Blueberry porridge
This blueberry porridge recipe has been created by Yasmine
Ingredients
For the porridge:
– 2 1/2 cups porridge oats
– 250ml cold water
– 250ml sugar free Ecomil almond milk
– maple syrup (to taste)
– a good helping of cinnamon
For the toppings:
– blueberries
– flaxseed mix
– coconut chips
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes or until the oats start to thicken.
2. Transfer to a bowl and top with flaxseed mix and whatever else you like (I went for coconut chips and blueberries, but topping it with caramelised cinnamon apples is delicious too!)
3. Enjoy!
