Banana muffin with Ecomil crème anglaise


For 4 muffins:


  • 120 gr gluten-free flour mix pastry mix
  • 40 gr chestnut flour
  • 1/2 bag of yeast
  • 12 tbsp Ecomil Cuisine crème anglaise
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 pinch of vanilla flower salt
  • A few slices of bananas on topping


  1. Mix the flours with the baking powder, crushed bananas and vanilla flower salt.
  2. Then add the Ecomil crème anglaise.
  3. Oil four muffin cups and pour in the mixture.
  4. Add a few slices of bananas on topping.
  5. Bake at 180°C for a good 20 minutes.

You can add a little bit of custard over the muffins before tasting for even more delicacy! 🙂
