Almond granita

Ingredients for 4-6 serves:

Preparation:

  1. Mix the almond milk with water and sugar.
  2. Serve the mixture into a shallow metal pan (this facilitates cooling).
  3. Put in the freezer and scrape with a fork every hour.
  4. Let stand 3-4 hours until small crystals are formed.
  5. Serve with almonds.
