Almond drink powder A revolution!
Our organic almond drink powder has no added sugars, i.e. it contains naturally occurring sugars. One of its advantages is that it does not contain lactose or animal derivatives, so it is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and lactose intolerant people.
How to use it?
Dissolve 2-3 tablespoons in a glass of hot or cold water, coffee or tea. It can be used in the preparation of recipes: sauces, cakes and biscuits. We show you how to use it below.

160 gr. almond cream
200 g Ecomil almond drink powder
3 tsp. vanilla essence
2 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1️⃣ Peel the banana and mash it in a large bowl with a fork. Add the almond cream and vanilla essence, and mix evenly.
2️⃣ Add the vegetable drink powder, cinnamon, baking powder and salt, and mix into a compact dough.
3️⃣ Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of parchment paper and cut out with a round biscuit cutter.
4️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes, bake the biscuits at 160°C for 10 minutes and leave to temper on a wire rack for 1 hour.
